97s LOOKING FOR NEW PLAYERS!
The EFC 97 Girls Blue have just finished a great 1st year losing only 3 of the 20 league games played, winning one league championship and coming away with 2 tournament championships, The Blitz Fall Inviational in Tulsa and the Capital City Cup in Little Rock, Arkansas. Throughout the year the girls have worked hard, scoring 107 goals and allowing only 36 to be scored against them.
For next year we are moving up to 11 v 11 so we are looking for a few hardworking dedicated players to add to the team. We are conducting training sessions with our sister team, EFC 97 Girls White at the following location and times. These sessions are open to all players whose birth date is between 8/1/96 and 7/31/97. These are at no cost and no obligation so come on out and practice with us.

EFC 97 BLUE GCSA LEAGUE CHAMPION
EFC 97 Blue topped off their competitive debut by being crowned GCSA U11 Girls League B Champions. Undefeated in tournament and league play, the 97s end with a league record of 10-0-0, 40 goals for, 4 against and 2 tournament Championships. Congratulations to Rick, John and all of the girls!

97 BRING HOME BLITZ TROPHY
The 97s secured their 2nd championship of the season by winning the U11 Girls division of the Blitz Fall Invitational.Currently they are undefeated in league and tournament play. Good job 97 Girls!

97 GIRLS WIN CAPITAL CITY CUP!
The 97 Girls swept the U11 Girls Silver Division of the 2007 Capital City Cup. The tourney took place on October 6 & 7 in Little Rock, AR. The 97s posted wins against TSC 97 White, Little Rock 97 White and Ingram Comets FC 97 White in bracket play with a 2-0 victory in the final over TSC 97 White. Congrats to coach Rick & coach John and all of the girls on their championship!
